I have started drinking lemon water after watching a show on the TV with a doctor talking about all of its benefits. I was amazed at all the benefits that a simple warm lemon juice could bring you, a trick that has been touted for years. The advice given is to generally have squeeze half a lemon in the morning in warm water with an empty stomach ideally for 30mns. At first it may be a little bitter, but you will soon get used to it and, apologies for sounding a bit health nutty here, but it has amazing alkalising benefits (great if like us you love an acidic espresso du matin).
