We never cease to say that men do not understand women and vice versa. This may be due to the way we think or the age old stereotypes that seem to stick to each gender. While Man meets Woman by Taschen is not a new book and it doesn’t need to be as the subject is an ongoing classic source of discussion. It’s a simple fun graphic book to rediscover or discover for those who haven’t. Graphic designer Yang Liu playfully and cleverly tackles all the common themes that relate to men and women such as relationships, body image, love, sex, work etc… Illustrated in 128 colourful pages of bold and fun pictograms, you will be amused but also question some of the stereotypes that seemed anchored in the way we see the opposite sex. As you open the book you will find yourself flipping through all the pages with amusement and pause at times recalling a similar situation. Price: $13. BUY
